There are realy nice homes in the town and have been for some time the population is peaking at over 1200 people in the town and is still seasonal but not as much as it used to be it may get down to a population of about 850 people thoughout times of the year, Generaly the summer period when the opal mining Amesty is on. Meaning miners dont have to work there clames to keep them in the hot period.

Here is a pic of an Opal show room and it has Aboriginal Aterfacts aswell and a great selection of gifts don't be shy to march in there as even opal specimens for as little as $10 up the road in this pic is the long bus an Andamooka icon.
